Referral Policy

(Effective on 23rd May 2022)

The StaffAny refer a friend program (“Program”) rewards existing StaffAny users (“Advocate”) with gift cards for referring friends, family, and colleagues (“Referee”) to StaffAny. Both the Advocate and the Referee agree by participating in the Program that these terms and conditions apply and are in addition to any other agreement(s) between the Advocate / Referee and StaffAny, including StaffAny’s User Terms and StaffAny’s Privacy Policy.

1. HOW ADVOCATES EARN GIFT CARDS

Advocates may be eligible to earn a gift card if the following conditions are met:

1.1 the Referee creates a valid StaffAny account that complies with StaffAny’s User Terms; 

1.2 the referral link or referral code provided by the Advocate must be used by the Referee at the point of StaffAny sign up;

1.3 the Referee is not an existing or previous StaffAny user or an associated / related entity of an existing StaffAny user;

1.4 the Advocate must be an existing user of StaffAny;

1.5 the Advocate or Referee cannot be associated with the StaffAny Partner Referrals Program;

1.6 after signing up, the Referee must then become an active user of StaffAny by getting at least two unique staff members (not including the Referee) to clock in . For each Referee that becomes an active user, the Advocate is entitled to the following gift cards based on the Referee’s country in local currency with value of:

  • Singapore: S$20
  • Indonesia: Rp100.000
  • Malaysia: RM30
  • Other countries: S$20

1.7 when the Referee becomes a paying user of StaffAny by purchasing a paid plan. the Advocate is entitled to the following additional reward based on the countries in local currency with value of

  • Singapore: S$100
  • Indonesia: Rp500.000
  • Malaysia: RM150
  • Other countries: S$100

2. REFEREE

Referees that have signed up to StaffAny using a valid referral link or valid referral code will also receive StaffAny credits. StaffAny credits will be distributed electronically in the following countries in local currency with value of:

  • Singapore: S$100
  • Indonesia: Rp500.000
  • Malaysia: RM150
  • Other countries: S$100

StaffAny credits can be used to purchase or offset payments for any StaffAny products, plans or add-ons.

3. CLAIMING REWARDS

Rewards provided pursuant to the Program are provided by StaffAny or external reward partners. Both reward partners and rewards are subject to change. Once the criteria set out in section 1 and 2 of these terms and conditions are met, the Advocate and Referee will be notified via email or within the application within 30 working days with instructions on how to claim the rewards. Rewards will be distributed electronically.

For the avoidance of doubt, gift cards or StaffAny credits are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash or any other credit.

4. ELIGIBILITY OF REFEREE

StaffAny reserves the right to validate the eligibility of any Referee with respect to whether they are a new customer of StaffAny or as otherwise deemed necessary, and may determine any Referee to be ineligible in its sole discretion.

5. MULTIPLE REFERRALS

A Referee may only use one referral link/code. If a Referee receives referral links/code from multiple Advocates, only the Advocate whose referral code was used at the point of the Referee’s sign up to StaffAny will receive rewards when the criteria set out in section 1 is met.

6. TERMINATION AND CHANGE

StaffAny may suspend or terminate the Program or an existing StaffAny customer’s ability to participate in the Program at any time for any reason. StaffAny reserves the right to suspend accounts if it notices any activity that it believes is abusive or fraudulent. StaffAny reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the Advocate’s or the Referee’s eligibility for a gift card or StaffAny credit.

7. UPDATES TO THE TERMS

StaffAny reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If StaffAny modifies these terms, it will post the modifications on the StaffAny.com website, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
